Gasoil and diesel treatment:
> Biocides
Biocides prevent or eliminate all bacterial (fungi, algae, yeasts) contamination.
> Pour Point depressants
Help lower the pour point temperature (the temperature at which a fluid ceases to flow) and thus prevent precipitation of paraffin's.
> CFPP improvers
Improves the low temperature operability of gas oil and diesel when cooled below the cloud point temperature. Including Bio-diesel (gas and diesel oil blended with different types of FAME).
> Cloud Point improvers
Improve the point at where small crystals forms in gasoil and diesel; keep it clear. The formation of crystals can be visually observed as gas and diesel oil cools.
> Cetane No. improvers
Generate the formation of radicals within the gas and diesel oil, which again will improve the ignition delay of the fuel.
> Dehazers
Improve the water separation rate in distillate gasoline or diesel storage tanks. This results in reduced settling time.
> Antioxidants
Are used to stop or prevent darkening caused by thermal or oxidative degradation and prevent gum formation.
> Lubricity improvers
Improve the lubricity of gas and diesel oil by creating a film layer on metal surfaces. E.g. when switching from regular to ultra low sulphur MGO (500ppm) for a limited periode.
Fuel oil treatment:
> Pour Point depressants
Help lower the pour point temperature (the temperature at which a fluid ceases to flow) and thus prevent precipitation of paraffin's.
> Demulsifiers
This is used to break up oil and water emulsions in fuel oil.
> H2S - Scavengers
Break up H2S into sulfides

> Tank cleaners
Tank cleaners are cleaning agents used as a solvent cleaner and oil dispersant.
> Dyes and Markers
Dyes and Markers are used to color and mark fuels.
> Conductivity improvers
Improves the electrical conductivity within gas oil and diesel. They are used to dissipate any static charge which may build within the gas oil and diesel.
> Jet fuel additive packages
Modifying commercial Jet A-1 quality to fulfil military JP-8 specifications.
